Love good food but want to get fit? The Web site at puts it all together for you. Membership is free and allows you to personalize a program formulated for your own nutrition and fitness needs, based on your height, weight, activity level and eating habits. Then, if you like, they will E-mail you newsletters with recipes based on your goals, and you can track your progress with online tools. Recipes are developed by the siteís executive chef, Bonnie Moore, with assistance from an advisory board of some of the nationís top chefs, including Alice Waters and Joyce Goldstein.

Nutritionists on the board come from Harvard Medical School and Georgetown University. Zucchini Soup With Basil Cream (thatís nonfat sour cream in there) weighs in at 86 calories for a 12-ounce serving. Recipes are rated for flavor by site-users and can be stored in your own recipe box. Forms are big on this site. If you check off items on a pantry list, you can print it out into a shopping list. And the Food and Exercise Diary is a printable form for you to carry around and record your food intake, time of day, mood, exercise time put in and calories burned.
