Saturated fat in foods like red meat can wreck anyone's plan for a healthy diet, but it's so tough to give up one of summer's most enjoyable treats.

These hearty sandwiches are perfect for fish lovers and the dill mustard is tangy enough to balance the richness of the salmon.

If you're looking for a departure from the average burger, our Buffalo Burgers with Onion Relish and Gorgonzola fit the bill. Buffalo meat is naturally low in fat and the Gorgonzola cheese provides just the right amount of tang for more adventurous palates.

Meatless Wonders
