Spa-licious

A spa vacation is one of the best ways we know to relax, unwind and forget (temporarily) all your cares. Most spas are known for their incredible massages, mud baths or adventure hikes, but they also have some of the most wonderful—and healthy—food.

If you can't get away for your own piece of spa heaven, have a spa day at home with these fresh and energizing recipes. Even better—have someone else cook for you while you relax and recharge.

Slimming Starts

Before you head off to sunrise yoga or a stroller run with the baby, start the day with a light Spring Fruit Salad and our Strawberry-Peach Muesli.
