  • If super fresh peas are not available, or if you want to save some time, buy frozen peas.
  • Put the pasta water on to boil and preheat the oven for the asparagus.
  • While the water is heating, prepare the onions, peas and mushrooms and the asparagus.
  • Add the pasta to the water when it boils. Saute the vegetables for the pasta and roast the asparagus.


Cook extra pasta and serve it with Tomato Basil Sauce later in the week.
