Traditional Passover Dinner

Passover is a time for family and friends to gather and celebrate the freedom of the Jewish people, but it's also a time to celebrate spring. With so much fresh, seasonal produce available, springtime is a fun time of the year to cook. The season's delicious flavors can add zest to the traditional meals for Jewish families, the Passover Seder. In addition to the recipes below, many Jewish families will probably also be making haroset (charoset), the traditional mix of apples, cinnamon and nuts.
