Since this comes up, I thought I would post some links so people can just click on them to go to calorie calculators. If you explore each site, most have other handy calculators, too. Most will yield very similar results. I think it is interesting that this is where my journey started so long ago. I did my research. I devised a plan. I followed through. I lost weight. Then - I stopped. No here I am to start the whole process all over again.

Don't feel bad. At least you lost weight....I have four children and after the fourth child the weight stayed on. I love food so much that I can't let it go. I used to weigh 200 and now I'm down to 186. I'm still a ways from my goal weight. I keep starting and stopping my diet and fitness program.
