Hi Sandra!
I don't think I printed out the recipe for the salad you listed on the old forum. I think you called it a "dinner" salad? It had apples and stuff in it and I have been thinking about it A LOT! I can't remember the entire recipe! I DO remember it sounded like a great summer salad.

I'm not Sandra but I have a lovely recipe for a salad which is a hit with my 3 year old daughter as well as my boyfriend. It's pretty simple but totally delicious.
iceberg lettuce
3 tomatoes diced
1 small can of tuna
half a can of sweetcorn
vinegar
olive oil
salt to taste
Layer lettuce and tomatoes
add tuna
mix up
add half can of corn
add 2tbsp of vinegar
add 2 tbsp of olive oil
add salt to taste
mix
