These wraps are ALWYS a favorite (and easy!)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
tortilla wraps (your favorite kind)
fat free ranch dressing (your favorite kind - I like the just 2 good parmesan peppercorn ranch)
Salsa (your fav.)
Mix 1/2 of the salsa with 1/4 to 1/2 of the ranch dressing.
Use the rest of the salsa to cook the chicken.
Cook the chicken in a baking dish with the salsa, on 400 for 40 minutes. Cover the dish with foil when baking)
When done, cut chicken into bite size peices and mix in with the ranch and salsa mixture.
Pour over tortilla wraps, sprinkle with cheese, and you are done!!
I usually like to microwave the wrap for 10 seconds..I like it warm!

Klynn, I like the chicken-salsa baking dish idea of this. I was looking for an easy but good recipe for chicken tonight - thanks!
