Once a year I come back and start posting.
I'm here again. I read that if you can recall 3 things you are grateful for you can rewire your brain to being more positive.
I've been feeling down lately. A lot of stress.
So here we go.
1. I have a supportive spouse of 10 years.
2. I have a job.
3. I have a car.
