Posted - 08/06/2007 : 4:48:45 PM I have trouble sleeping due to stress, although i am trying to relax at work and it has slightly improved my sleep i am still not back to normal. I have tried herbal sleeping tablets, not drinking any caffine after 3pm and spraying lavender on my pillow a little while before i go to bed.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I don't know about anyone else but i find lack of sleep or poor standard of sleep frustrating which i think only makes the matter worse

Posted - 12/17/2007 : 7:12:43 PM Johnson & Johnson make a bath product for infants/toddlers. It's a nighttime bubble bath liquid....with lavender and chamomile and it works wonders (it's not only for the little ones! lol)

A friend suggested putting lavender in the bath as it is supposed to promote sleep, might give that a try
