Posted - 01/09/2008 : 5:58:22 PM I was just reading an article about snacking and they mention it's best to snack on almonds, but what about those who are allergic to all nuts? I need to find a snack that somewhat satisfies my hunger and also gives me the energy to continue working without thinking about bed!! Please help.

Posted - 05/17/2008 : 8:20:22 PM snack on anything that doesn't come in a package - whole foods. Fruit, veggie sticks, homemade energy bars.
I have found tons of healthy snacks to make & great desserts that don't have refined white sugar.
The key is to eat whole foods during the day that keep your blood sugar even & don't cause the spikes & crashes. Exercise will help keep you awake. |

Posted - 04/30/2008 : 10:33:06 AM maybe lowfat cheese? the protien will help you to feel full, the fat will help you to feel satiated and the calcium is good for your bones.
