Posted - 10/06/2008 : 3:49:22 PM So, I have just started trying to eat healthy instead of "dieting". I'm trying to change my lifestyle.
I've recently begun experimenting with different grains to eat with dinner. My husband and I are pasta professionals. I'd like to get away from that a little. I can do brown rice, which we do alot! But, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions/recipes for other grains that would be healthy?

Posted - 11/24/2008 : 11:04:48 AM I don't have any recipes that I use myself, but a GREAT place to find some would be the Whole Grains Council website: http://www.wholegrainscouncil.org/ - they have a lot of great ideas when it comes to cooking/snacking with grains.
If you're looking for a light snack after dinner (or just during the day), then check out World of Grains Cookies - they're a tasty way to enjoy whole grains. Each serving of World of Grains contains 15 g of whole grains along with other all natural ingredients.
If you want to know more about our grains, then take the fun Grainiac quiz at www.worldofgrains.com. You can also check out our facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/World-Of-Grains/25059188706?ref=ts to become a fan as well.
