Please if anyone could be of assistance, I'd appeciate it....I need to know what to buy and cook...the whole spiel.. Thanks |

One of the best way to stay simple and healthy is to do exactly that! Just look for products that contain NATURAL ingredients and try to stick with them.
If you're looking for healthy ways to use whole grains, then I would suggest going to the whole grains council website: http://www.wholegrainscouncil.org/ - they have some great recipes that you can use. Of course, you'll also be able to find some great recipes on this site, so just keep looking!
If you are looking for a healthy snack, then try World of Grains cookies. They are a nutritious, convenient snack that taste great! Perfect with tea or coffee too.
