I was over at Lime.com and they have a great section there on Growing Greener Kids. Great recipes for summer and even some you can get the kids to help with. What I like about their recipes is that a lot of them are wheat/gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and artificial sugar-free. In other words they really think about the health aspects of their recipes.
