I was just reading an article about snacking and they mention it's best to snack on almonds, but what about those who are allergic to all nuts? I need to find a snack that somewhat satisfies my hunger and also gives me the energy to continue working without thinking about bed!! Please help.

This is working for me...Wasa crispbread with hummus. They come in a variety of flavors and really hold your hunger. It's a great way for me to get some whole grain into my diet.

snack on anything that doesn't come in a package - whole foods. Fruit, veggie sticks, homemade energy bars.

I have found tons of healthy snacks to make & great desserts that don't have refined white sugar.

The key is to eat whole foods during the day that keep your blood sugar even & don't cause the spikes & crashes. Exercise will help keep you awake.

maybe lowfat cheese? the protien will help you to feel full, the fat will help you to feel satiated and the calcium is good for your bones. Community © 2000-06 Snitz Communications Go To Top Of Page
