Posted - 05/06/2004 : 6:11:53 PM This site is another great resource for lots of vegetarian friendly recipes. I just did a search on vegetarian and got over 125 recipes. There are a few great ones I'll definitely try. The brown rice and crunchy vegetable salad sounds especially yummy!

I also just found this - a guide to all these fruits and veggies with tips on prep, recipes and more. A good reason to visit the farmer's market this weekend [:D]
