I've been hearing a lot about the mercury problems with tuna, which I love...especially albacore. But I'm also concerned about the environment. Does anyone know of a list or chart that balances nutrition and environmental safety so that we can have both when we choose fish?

You can get and print out a pdf file from the Monterey Bay Aquarium that lists the best fish to eat and why. here: http://www.mbayaq.org/cr/cr_seafoodwatch/sfw_regional.asp
You can fold it up and keep it in your wallet so you have it at the store.
