I just went to www.fitday.com to log in some honeydew melon as a snack. I am still hungry, but being patient about it cause I know it sometimes takes a while for food to register in the brain.
and I notice that I have hit my calorie intake for the day. I should not eat another bite for the rest of the day and it is only 4pm
this is depressing.

yesterday, I had a tall glass of 2% milk for breakfast. I then made it to lunch time without thinking about food at all. THAT is good calorie economics. I dont know if that will always work, but I ended my day at 1500 instead of 2K+, so for a one day experiment it worked.
