Why do I keep hearing don't eat fruit because it has sugar in it? A friend told me not to eat those lovely Concord grapes, which I wait all year for, because they are full of sugar. Another friend said don't eat bananas. I always thought bananas are a fabulous fruit, so full of nutrition. What's going on? Are they talking about unfit people who can't eat without everything turning to fat, i.e. they don't metabolize their food well, versus a person who is active and eats nutritionally dense food, who could manage to eat such lovely fruit?? I'm stumped!

Each person is different. Depends on what your goals are. Lose. bulk up trim down, maintain ? Depends on your health now, sugar low or sugar high ? No problem with sugar, but need to drop 30# ? What worked for Tammy Ray Lu might be bad for Betty Lee Sue. That is why there are sites like this one, to custom a plan for each person, not a group. Drop me a line @ coontree@bellsouth.net and I will see ifin I can help ya out.
