I am thinking about going on The Master Cleanse diet and have read many articles pro and con. The pros say you cleanse your system of toxtins, feel more energy, look younger and loose weight. The cons are from many dieticians who caution that fasting can be counterproductive. Some say it can even slow down the metabolism, making it even more difficult to lose weight in the future. Do any of you have experience with the Master Cleanse Lemonade diet? Thanks, Patrice in DC
I have heard about this diet. I thought it might be a good way to kickstart a diet, but have not got past thingking about it. I get hungry. I eat. I am a medical transcriptionist and spend way to much time sitting. If you give it a try let me know.
