2 week post cardiac patient is having a birthday. I'm having turkey and either butternut squash or sweet potatoes , maybe fruit jello, and green salad.Help!
My sister used to make this easy stuffing: You need carrots,sliced or chopped celery, chopped potatoes,cut small 1 onion,chopped Cook in a skillet with a little olive oil and season with salt(if used) and pepper.Potatoes should be brown outside but not cooked. Just stuff the turkey and roast as usual. Sandra
