Hi guys:) I have a couple questions, Im 15 female, 135 lbs. Im confused about meals :s If im use to eating 2 scamble eggs for breakfest or like and english muffin with an egg and cheese, then in these meal plans etc. im being told to eat like 2 eggs, 2 peices of toast with low whatever on it an orange and like a glass of milk. :| Wouldnt this be worse for me in loseing weight?:S but then again it compares to maybe feeling fuller longer, snacking less?
So suming it up Im asking if Im use to just eating like one thing not 'spiced' up and then wanting to 'reduce' calorie intake to lose weight if im adding more food then wouldnt that be more calories etc..
ah just looking for any answer explaination, whats a healthy medium? to stay full, eat 'less?' 'more?'
