I was just reading an article about snacking and they mention it's best to snack on almonds, but what about those who are allergic to all nuts? I need to find a snack that somewhat satisfies my hunger and also gives me the energy to continue working without thinking about bed!! Please help.
This is working for me...Wasa crispbread with hummus. They come in a variety of flavors and really hold your hunger. It's a great way for me to get some whole grain into my diet.
