I need some help here!
I'm 32, very athletic, workout 5x a week for 2-2.5hrs. My workout usually entail: spin & weight training or pilates & weight training. I started to get headaches after my workouts. I started to hydrate myself more which kind of helped but I'm feeling extremely tired. So tired I can knock out for 2hours. I'm eating healthy: morning (oatmeal/banana/raisins/1 cup skim milk) lunch (3 hardboil eggs/almonds or turkey sandwich) Dinner (chicken/veggies). Am I skipping some vital nutrients?
