I recently joined this site and took the quiz to determine what my calorie intake should be. I also did the fat calculator. Both determined different calorie intake levels? I believe the fat calculator is correct because I would like to loose weight. I am currently 140 & would like to be 125. How do I get MY FIT PLAN to reflect this calorie intake so I get the correct recipes? Right now my MEAL PLAN says 2210 calories, way too much. I should be between 1200-1600. I've tried to contact the HELP email & it is constantly returned with a fatal error, if someone could help me out that'd be great!
