This is a great recipe for a snack with a "treat for the holidays" twist.
1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1 egg white 1 tsp. cold water 4 c. pecans
Preheat oven to 225. Lightly spray a 13x18" cookie sheet. In small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon & salt. In large bowl, mix egg white & water til frothy. Stir pecans into egg mixture, stir in sugar mixture. Spread nuts into single layer in pan, bake 1 hr., mixing every 15 minutes. If doubling recipe, bake an extra 15 minutes.
