Hey everyone. My name is Nick. I am a father of 2 (well 1 with 1 on the way), Happily married, and a studying Medical Transcriptionist. I have been going through a lot of health problems and have come to the conclusion that I may have Celiac disease or a gluten intolerance. I recently cut gluten from my diet and am looking for gluten free recipes to add to my gluten-free cookbook. If there are any people out there with Celiac disease or gluten intolerance, with some really good recipes, feel free to e-mail me.
