My name is Bobbie and I am new to the site. I was looking for some healthy recipes online and I came across it. I am 28 yrs old and my husband is in the Air Force. He is very fit and muscular. I feel that I am not at all what I should be. I am a little under 100 lbs. over weight. I recently joined a gym but haven't really gone and I need more motivation. I started eating somewhat healthier. My goal is to lose at least 25 lbs at first and then work my way to losing the full 100.
I do have some health concerns, I am a diabetic and have hypothroid problems. Any advice or support would be greatly appreciated.
