My teenager and I started the Flatbelly Diet on January 2nd. This is now our way of eating for life. We LOVE it.
-4 meals per day
-400 calorie meals
-1 mono-unsaturated fatty-acid per meal (olives, olive oil, avocado, dark chocolate, peanut butter, almond butter, nuts, etc)
-No more that 4 hours apart.
The results are amazing and we always feel full, satisfied and like we are not deprived at all. We are eating high quality, clean foood.
