[:{}]I love ratatouie ( I can never spell it) it is stewed vegies, very delicious and for me very filling. I need to feel full to be satisfied. I think if I fill up on interesting vegetables I can make better protein choices.
This site is another great resource for lots of vegetarian friendly recipes. I just did a search on vegetarian and got over 125 recipes. There are a few great ones I'll definitely try. The brown rice and crunchy vegetable salad sounds especially yummy!
