I've seen it in the commercials, but I haven't really read very much about it to know how the study was done. I know the (milk?) commercial says that by drinking/eating more dairy and cutting calories you will lose more than cutting calories alone. I could see how it might work. Dairy has protein, which sticks with you longer. If more of your calories come from dairy, you should not be hungry as quickly, so it is easier to eat the fewer calories.?. I would not say that it actually burns fat though. But, again, I have not read any of the studies. I'll have to do some research when I get some more time.
Welcome to the forum, by the way.[:D]
