When I am on track and focused I count my calories and record them in a little self-created book. At the back of the book, the net calorie figure for each day is recorded and the week is totalled. The week should be within my set range.
Sadly, I have been so not into this whole thing lately and I am totally out of the habit. Gotta get back into it - soon! I am growing with each and every day and it is frightful!
