Keep track of the carbs, fat and protein that you eat! You can even enter the foods and beverages you’ve eaten for a meal or a day and see your daily totals. Compare one cut of meat to another and make the best choice when you’re at the grocery store.


Just type in the food you’re interested in, like “bagel” and select either “All categories” or a specific category like “Baked Products”, then hit the Find button. Choose the item you’d like to analyze and the serving size and then click the “add to list” link. You can analyze as many items as you’d like.
