Trend: Healthy Changes

Research has shown that making long-term changes to your diet and activity level are key to maintaining a healthy weight. The FoodFit plan was created by a leading cardiologist and nutritionists at the University of California, Davis Medical Center and is based on the National Academy of Sciences' nutrition guidelines. The plan provides members with the tools to make smart food choices and the support to make healthy habits a part of their lives.

A quarter of Plan members surveyed said they are more aware of nutrition and food issues, and more than 20% said they are eating more fruits and vegetables.

The results are mirrored among non-Plan members polled. Nearly two-thirds of members reported changing at least one eating habit because of FoodFit.
