1. How do I cancel my Plan subscription?
Go to the My Account page in our Customer Care area and click the link provided on this page. We require at least 10 days before your subscription expires.

2. How do I determine when my FoodFit Diet & Fitness Plan subscription expires?
Go to the My Account page in our Customer Care area, where you will see your subscription type and expiration date.

3. Why did my billing authorization fail?
If the error you are receiving is related to the billing address, please go back and verify that the address you have entered is the same as the address that appears on your credit card billing statement.

Sometimes customers enter their home address when their credit card bill goes to their work address. At this point our authorization service takes the information you have entered and tries to match it with the address on file. If the addresses don't match you will receive an error message.
