12. How can I use smilies and images?
Smilies are keyboard characters used to convey an emotion, such as a smile or frown . To insert a smilie into your message, use the smilie icons that appear in the window when you are posting or replying to a message. To determine what each smilie represents, mouse over the icon for the description. You can also insert smilies using text since the FoodFit Community automatically converts certain text to a graphical representation when it is inserted between brackets [ ] . 13. How do I add a hyperlink to my message?
You can easily add a hyperlink to your message.

All that you need to do is type the URL (e.g., http://www.foodfit.com/ffcommunity/default.asp), and it will automatically be converted to a URL (e.g., http://www.foodfit.com/ffcommunity/default.asp)!

You can also add a "mailto" link to your message by typing in your e-mail address.

This Example:
comments@foodfit.com
Outputs this:
comments@foodfit.com

Another way to add hyperlinks is to use the [url]linkto[/url] tags

This Example:
[url]http://www.foodfit.com/ffcommunity/default.asp[/url] takes you home!
Outputs This:
http://www.foodfit.com/ffcommunity/default.asp takes you home!

If you use this tag: [url="linkto"]description[/url] you can add a description to the link.

This Example:
Take me to [url="http://www.foodfit.com/ffcommunity/default.asp"]FoodFit.com Community[/url]
Outputs This:
Take me to FoodFit.com Community
This Example:
If you have a question [url="comments@foodfit.com"]E-Mail Me[/url]
Outputs This:
