7. I registered on the FoodFit site and subscribed to several newsletters but I have not been receiving them. What should I do?
First, you may want to confirm that you are indeed registered and subscribed to our newsletters. You can check your account status by clicking here. If you are indeed registered and subscribed to newsletters, our e-mail may be put into your spam or junk mail folder by your ISP. If that is the case, please add "comments@foodfit.com" to your address book or safe list so that our mail will not be filtered.

If our e-mail is not reaching you at all, your ISP may be blocking e-mail from FoodFit. Many businesses often block unknown e-mail, so if you are registered with a business e-mail address, you can try changing the e-mail address with which you are registered to a personal one. If you are registered with a personal e-mail address, contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue with your ISP's Postmaster.

8. I am receiving multiple newsletters. What do I do?
If you are receiving multiple newsletters, it's likely that you have more than one username associated with your e-mail address. To review the usernames associated with your account, click here. You will be asked to choose one username to keep. You can also update your e-mail preferences for that account.
