1. I forgot my username or password. What should I do?

2. I received an error message. Who do I contact?
Copy down the message you received or take a screen shot of it, and send it to customer care. Please include the operating system you are using (e.g. Windows XP), whether your computer is a Mac or PC, and the page on which you received the error.

3. How do I add recipes to "My Recipes"?
To add a recipe to your "My Recipes" page, click on the yellow "save recipe" link on the upper left side of any recipe on the FoodFit site. To access "My Recipes," you must register on the FoodFit site which is free. To register, click here.

4. Why does the page freeze when I try to join the FoodFit Diet & Fitness Plan?
FoodFit.com has been created to work on a Windows computer using Internet Explorer. Currently, our site does not support Macintosh operating systems or those using an advanced edition of Netscape or some other browser. Unfortunately, we're unable to process your subscription to the FoodFit Diet & Fitness Plan at this time, however, we invite you to use our free recipes and tools available on our site if you're not already doing so. Please contact us if you’d like to be notified when and if we optimize the site for other operating systems and browsers. Thank you for visiting FoodFit.com.
