1. How do I add recipes to "My Recipes"?
To add a recipe to your "My Recipes" page, click on the yellow "save recipe" link on the upper left side of any recipe on the FoodFit site. To access "My Recipes," you must register on the FoodFit site which is free. To register, click here.

2. How do I determine how many calories a particular activity burns?
Use our Burner Calculator, which tells you how many calories your body is burning each time you engage in specific exercises based on your body weight. The Burner Calculator is available to FoodFit Diet & Fitness Plan members only. To join the Plan, click here.

3. How do I determine my ideal weight?
Use our Healthy Weight Calculator to determine a healthy weight for your height and age. The tool also allows you to select a desired weight and provides suggestions on how to get there based on your favorite exercises. The Healthy Weight Calculator is only available to registered users of FoodFit. To register, click here.

4. How do I search recipes on FoodFit.com?
Enter your keyword(s) in the search field on the top left of any page of the FoodFit.com site. To narrow your search, click on the "Recipe Search" link underneath the search field. You can then choose various options to filter your search even more.

5. How do I determine the nutritional breakdown of a particular food?
Use our Food Analyzer to keep track of your daily intake of specific nutrients (Calories, Total Fat, Saturated Fat, Carbohydrates, Protein, Fiber and Sodium). The results can be tallied in a food list or added to the Food and Fitness Diary. The Food Analyzer is available to FoodFit Diet & Fitness Plan members only. To join the Plan, click here.

7. How do I plan meals using FoodFit recipes?
Using the Menu Planner, you can choose the type of food you'd like to have for your main course and we help you build a menu around that. You will receive options for the entrée, and then you choose the appetizers, side dishes and desserts you'd like to include in the menu. You can also print a shopping list for that menu. The Menu Planner is available to FoodFit Diet & Fitness Plan members only. To join the Plan, click here.

8. What is the FoodFit Profile?
The Profile is a brief questionnaire that helps us review your eating and fitness routine and is the basis of your personalized Diet & Fitness Plan plan. Once you've taken the Profile, you will receive complete daily meal plans, recipes to target your nutrition needs and "e-couragement" e-mails with nutrition tips and recipes tailored to your nutritional needs. In addition, as you view and search recipes on the site, your Profile is there so you can make healthy choices based on your personal needs.
