  • Preheat the oven to 450F.
  • Clean and grate the vegetables for the latkes.
  • Peel and core the apples and cut them into chunks. Put the apples and remaining applesauce ingredients in a large pot and begin cooking.
  • Prepare the glaze for the chicken.
  • While the latkes are cooking, grill the chicken.
