  • Begin the rice pilaf, and place in the oven to finish cooking.
  • When the rice is almost finished, start sauteing the fish.
  • Remove the rice from the oven and place the fish in the oven for about 5 minutes to finish cooking.
  • While you're finishing the fish, prepare the salad.
