  • Preheat the grill to high.
  • Roast and prepare the red pepper.
  • Turn the grill down to medium-high and grill the chicken. Transfer to a cutting board and allow to cool.
  • Warm the tortillas on the grill. In the meantime, make the salad.
  • Peel and cut the roasted pepper. Cut the chicken into strips. Sprinkle the pepper and chicken with lime juice.
  • Fill the tortillas and enjoy!
