Charlie Trotter's Lemon-Chive Vinaigrette
This recipe serves:   
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped chives

Cooking Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the lemon juice and olive oil together. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Add the chives.
