Basic Basil-Infused Vinegar
This recipe serves: 8  
1 bunch basil
1 cup vinegar

Cooking Instructions
1. Wash the basil and dry well.

2. Place the basil and vinegar in a blender and blend on high speed to combine.

3. Refrigerate in a container. The top of the vinegar will become clear in several hours.
