Horseradish-Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup freshly shredded horseradish
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup non-fat sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Chill well before serving. Serve with cold, smoked fish or beef.

(This can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.)
