Allen Susser's Orange and Mango Salsa

This recipe serves: 
Ingredients
2 large oranges,peeled, segmented and diced
1 large mango,peeled, pitted and diced
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 jalapeño chili pepper,seeded and diced
2 tablespoons chopped, fresh cilantro
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Instructions
1. In a stainless-steel bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
