Sautéed Pears

This recipe serves: 
Ingredients
1 teaspoon butter
4 firm pears,peeled, cored and sliced
pinch of ground cinnamon (or black pepper)
Cooking Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the sliced pears and the cinnamon.

3. Saute until the pears are soft. Serve with poultry, pork or pancakes.
