Cucumber Dip with Fresh Dill

This recipe serves: 
Ingredients
1 medium size cucumber, peeled and seeded
1 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh, finely chopped dill
Cooking Instructions
1. Puree the cucumber in a blender until chunky but not liquidified. Stir in the yogurt and dill.

2. Serve with raw vegetables, pita bread or spicy foods.
