Barbecued Lamb Chops
This recipe serves: 6  
12 loin lamb chops, about 1 inch thick
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
about 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat the grill or broiler.

2. Rub the lamb chops with Cajun seasoning and brush with barbecue sauce.

3. Grill or broil for 5 to 8 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Baste with extra barbecue sauce as needed.
