Ham, Spinach and Tomato Wraps
2 teaspoons finely chopped, sweet onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 large flour tortillas
2 ounces fat-free, reduced-sodium, sliced ham
1 large spinach leaf, shredded
1 large slice of tomato, thin
2. Lay the tortilla out and spread 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on it. Place the ham on the tortilla and spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the ham. Place the slice of tomato on top of the cheese. Sprinkle the shredded spinach on the tortilla and tightly roll the tortilla into a cylinder, ending with the seam side down.
(The wrap can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.)
3. Cut the wrap in half on the diagonal and serve.
